At DCofNY, we always have multiple projects on our plate. We take care to pay close attention to each client as they move from planning stages to floor prep to finished product. We feel this is the best way to ensure customer satisfaction, which is always our primary goal. Take a look at our works in progress below to see what we’re currently working on.

Technology Company Retail Store, Brooklyn

This project is for a California-based national technology retailer looking to expand its design options in its new NYC retail store. The job is 6,300 square feet. Since the store is B2C, its showroom floor needs to be particularly beautifully and cleanly designed.

Our team went in and did a mock-up – a temporary facsimile of what the job will look like – of the proposed project for representatives of the company. Our guys worked on a small sample of the floor to show these tech execs what we can do for them. Once satisfied with our expert work, the store executives requested a rose dye finish over a grind & polish.

Park Avenue

The Park Ave residential project was one of many in a condominium renovation. This particular job was heavily involved at the floor prep stage; we removed tile, carpet, carpet glue and other materials and cleaned the surface thoroughly before our Ardex SDM pour. The Ardex SDM transformed this floor into a beautiful designer surface.
